Chapter road is a residential road, yet is used primarily as a rat hole for cars trying to avoid the traffic on the high road. Cars speed down Chapter Road/St.Pauls' avenue, which is hazardous for pedestrians and cyclists. Please close Chapter Road/St.Paul's Avenue to enable it to become a walking and cycling road only.
