This junction is too wide for pedestrians to cross the road. It has been designed to prioritize motor vehicle traffic and make it very comfortable to turn without of discomfort for the drivers to slow down from 30mph in a 20mph zone. A typical and prime example of how pedestrians are treated by Brent Council as a second class citizens.
