Hi, It would be nice to have a cycle parking in Brondesbury park. Any plan to develop the network? Thank you Riccardo
There's a big residential building - Exeter Mansions. Multiple tenants would like to commute to work by bike but there is nowhere they could park their bikes (neither around nor inside the building). Moreover there are no bike parkings … [more]
Bike theft is rampant around these parts (I've just had mine stolen). There's space for a secure locker on either side of the street at this junction - I'm sure it'd be a popular location.
Cycling has become a necessity for getting around safely but not all flats have space/contracts that support bike storage indoors. Council provided bike storage would be really valuable in alleviating this challenge and support a … [more]
This is a dead end road so a cycle hangar could be installed without taking away parking or blocking a pavement. It's right next to a current cycle path through to Dyne Road
A bike hanger of any description would be a welcome asset to the many cyclists forced to store bikes in their front gardens! The pavement is HUGE as the road was narrowed to slow traffic and improve safety - also one less parking space … [more]
Space to park bikes, as these are flats with no place to put bicycles, it would be helpful to have space on Leighton Gardens.
Area is mostly converted flats, with an excessive use of road parking. A single cycle parking area would encourage cycling and allow those that do to free up some space in their homes.
It would be great for the community to have a couple of covered bike stands in Teignmouth Road near the corner of Walm Lane, due to complete lack of secure bike parking in the area. The ones in 2 miles radius are all fully booked. Local … [more]
There’s lots of cyclists living along Roundwood Road but we have no access to back gardens so I think a cycle hangar would be very popular. Maybe on the corner by Roundwood Park would be a good place. Sheffield stand would be no good due to … [more]
Bike shed needed along Chichele Road. Lot's of people in flats who cycle but no space to park their bikes.
The area of Willesden Junction is desperately and dangerously polluted; with a primary school, and many families and old people living nearby. Cycling must be improved in the area: in particular with cycle routes around the Junction and … [more]
Covered, lockable storage Cyclehoop style covered safer storage for commuters living in flats nearby that do not have space for bikes
Several hoops needed on Rucklidge Avenue; Willesden Junction and its environs is a highly polluted area, and there are primary schools nearby, as well as people with respiratory conditions and normal run-of-the-mill folks who do not want to … [more]
There is a CycleHangar on the corner of Holland Road, but it is fully booked. This site is a good location as it is outside the tennis court so will not impact residents parking.
As it is a terrace it is hard to store bikes at home safely. It would be wonderful to have a Cyclehoop to use
Aan de voorzijde van het Northwick park station zijn er te korte fietsenstallingen en er is veel parkeergelegenheid voor auto's na de station panel. neem een kijkje en je ziet het drama elke ochtend om een cyclus te parkeren!
There is nowhere safe and secure to park a bike in this area. I suggest Kensal Rise station and Kensal Green station as a minimum. There could also be secure parking spaces at the end of the residential streets for all the people who live … [more]
No through road for cars so a very quiet residential road which regularly has vacant parking bays to put a Cyclehoop BikeHangar in for 6 bikes Pedestrian access through from Chamberlayne Road so would be useful to cyclists in a number of … [more]
Only 3 stands available. Major waste of time in trying to park cycle here. Possibility of damage to cycle as well as injury to rider.
There are currently 3 stands, woefully inadequate. I reckon another 6 are needed. As noted by another contributor there are 4 reserved car spaces. I think 2 car spaces can be given up for additional cycle parking. A final point, the current … [more]
Several residents would require secured bike parking. I don't think simple Sheffield stands provide sufficient protection. Is there any chance to provide a secured parking?
At the end of Kenilworth, past Priory Park road, there is a small square which could offer the ideal space for one (or maybe even two) cycle hangar(s). Many people cycle in the are of the Eleven Streets, and they would certainly benefit … [more]
This cycle stand will help daily commuters to park their bicycle while going and coming from office. As there is a walk of almost 1 mile from house to station.
Outside 120 Rucklidge Avenue one Sheffield Stand required please. And several along the street if possible. Thanks.
Anecdotal evidence/seeing neighbours on their bikes and/or some bikes tied up to lampposts suggests there is a demand for a bike hangar on this street
Despite many cyclists who are resident here, there is not even a bike rack in this part of the Avenue (i.e. in front of Brondesbury Hall, 11 The Avenue). I have been in touch with the Brent Council and they mentioned a waiting list to … [more]
1 stand at the junction of Park lane and Wembley Hill Road and Wembley Park drive located around the area where the Virgin Fibre Optic cabinets are housed.
2 or more Stands along Park Lane on the King Edward side of the road. A huge high rise block on the old Chesterfield House site is being constructed with limited parking. Surely a need for safe cycle parking and storage on the site itself … [more]
There is no opportunity for any cycle storage in this location at present. It would be useful for commuters and those visiting Harlesden High Street.
I believe there is a a curved parking bays on this corner that are not practical for cars, that can be better used was a cycling shelter. On the pavement that corner sometimes have furniture or other things people dumped there so if you … [more]
There are at least 6 bicycles parking at different trees around Alan Preece Court. A few month back one of the bicycles was stolen by cutting the tree it was locked to. There are more than 15 parking places for cars, but unfortunately … [more]
Cannot park bicycles in hallway as fire exit. Last night bicycle stolen from street outside house tied to post. Cannot see any secure cycle parking places in near vicinity. Suggest one placed on St. Julians Road NW6 7LB.
Station terrace would be an ideal location for 3 or more bike hanger sheds. It could especially be incorporated now as part of the station terrace regeneration scheme due to start this year.
For a nice station, the bike facilities are poor. No space and have to chain it to a lamp post. Very disappointing.
It would be great to see more secure covered bike shelters at the end of residential streets as is common in other boroughs of London. A lot of accommodation in the local area are rental properties and bikes can be inconvenient in shared … [more]
There is little cycle infrastructure in this area. Additionally, the council have made noises about funding pavement improvement/tree planting initiatives. The location is a wide, rarely used pavement, or perhaps a corner of the grassy area … [more]
Currently 3 stands (6 bikes) woefully inadequate (but four reserved car spaces never ever all used at once!) Suggest at least one car space be re-allocated to bike parking.
This location is key to much local travel, near to the College, Student Halls, Tube and Stadium. ~10 racks could be installed easily on the pedestrianised area.
Queen's Park station has inadequate cycle parking. People chain their bikes to the raillings on the railway bridge, obstructing the pavement.
Kensal Rise station needs some cycle parking! there's no space on the pavement, and there's a lot of crime around the bus station. I think the wide-pavement residential roads near the station provide the best and safest locations, but there … [more]
You can't ride bikes through Queen's Park. It'd be good to have somewhere secure to leave bikes rather than people chaining them to the raillings.
Lots of folks use these local shops. There's nowhere to put any bikes, so people lean them against the shop windows, or agains the bus stop. Maybe 2 stands would be sufficient.
